Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OmniAlly Digital Solutions, Inc., doing business as Flagship CMS ("Flagship CMS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information, and the choices you have. It applies to www.flagshipcms.com, our DashboardCTRL software (www.dashboard-control.com) when your organization gets it from Flagship CMS or a Flagship dealer, our SimpleCTRL, ShowCTRL, and SelfCTRL solutions, our Dealer Program and Dealer Portal, our related services, and our emails, calls, and events (together, the "Services"). OmniAlly Digital Solutions, Inc. also operates www.omnially.com, which has its own privacy policy. Both names belong to one company, which keeps contact information for both brands in the same systems.

Summary

  • We collect information you give us, such as when you request a demo or apply to become a dealer, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information from public and business sources.
  • We use it to answer you, support dealers and the organizations they serve, run DashboardCTRL, send updates you can unsubscribe from, and improve our website.
  • Our website uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising, including tools from Google, HubSpot, Hotjar, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora. Advertising cookies and Hotjar wait until you click Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page.
  • We do not sell personal information for money.
  • The organization that owns a display decides what content appears on it. We handle that content on the organization's behalf.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@flagshipcms.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and business details, such as your name, job title, company or organization, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Dealer information, such as your company's details, service area, and the information you provide when you apply to become a dealer or use the Dealer Portal.
  • Project details, such as the site, displays, timeline, budget, and anything else you share when you ask for a demo, a quote, or a proposal.
  • Communications, such as emails, form submissions, survey answers, and notes, recordings, or transcripts of calls and video meetings. We may record and transcribe calls and video meetings, for example with a notetaker that joins the meeting. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us and we will turn recording off.
  • Account information for DashboardCTRL and the Dealer Portal, such as your name, email address, password, role, and settings.
  • Content added to the Services, such as images, videos, playlists, schedules, and any names, photos, or other personal information included in content you display. See section 3.
  • Billing and payment information, such as billing contacts, billing addresses, purchase orders, and payment records. Card and online payments are handled by our payment processors. If you pay by check or wire transfer, we receive the bank details on the payment.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or open our emails, we and our partners automatically collect:

  • Device and connection information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and general location (city, region, or country) based on your IP address.
  • Usage information, such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how you scroll and move through a page, the forms you start or submit, how long you stay, and the website or ad that brought you to us. Some of our tools record these interactions as session replays and heatmaps so we can see how our pages are used.
  • Email engagement, such as whether you opened an email from us or clicked a link in it.
  • Display and device information. Computers and displays that run our software send us technical information, such as device status, network and performance data, error logs, and records of what content played. As our agreement with the organization or its dealer allows, our support team may connect to these devices remotely to maintain them and fix problems, and may see the content on a device while connected.

Much of this is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See section 5.

Information from other sources

  • Public sources, such as company websites, news about projects and new buildings, and professional profiles such as LinkedIn.
  • Business information providers that supply details about companies and organizations and the people who work at them, such as company size, leadership, and work email addresses.
  • Dealers and partners, such as a dealer that sets up a DashboardCTRL account for its client or asks us for a quote or demo for its client, or a company that refers you to us or works with us on your project.
  • Advertising and social media platforms, such as how you interacted with our ads or with our pages on those platforms.
  • The organization you work with, such as when it adds you as a DashboardCTRL user or gives us content to display.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and requests, and to prepare demos, quotes, and proposals.
  • To provide the Services, including hosting, supporting, and updating DashboardCTRL, displays, and custom experiences, and supporting dealers.
  • To review dealer applications and run the Dealer Program and Dealer Portal.
  • To manage accounts, contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • To send you service messages, such as updates about your project, your account, security, or changes to our terms.
  • To market our Services, including emails about our products, event invitations, and ads on other websites and social media. Before we contact a company or organization, we may research it and the people who work there using the sources described above to understand whether our Services could help it.
  • To understand how our website and Services are used, and to improve them.
  • To protect our Services, our users, and others, including preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To meet legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and resolve disputes.
  • For any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, or with your consent.

We use software tools for this work, including artificial intelligence tools that help us research companies and organizations, summarize meetings, and draft messages. These tools process information on our behalf, as described in section 4.

We may combine information from different sources. We may also create de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you and use it for any lawful purpose. We will not try to re-identify it.

3. Content in DashboardCTRL and on displays

Organizations use DashboardCTRL and our displays to show their own content, such as images, videos, schedules, and messages. The organization decides what to display. It either adds the content itself, has a dealer manage it, or gives it to us to set up.

We handle all content in a DashboardCTRL account on behalf of the organization that owns it, whoever added it. We act as a service provider and use the content only to provide and support the Services, as our agreement with the organization or its dealer allows, and as the law requires. We do not use that content to market to the people it describes, and we do not share it for advertising. With the organization's permission, we may show photos or videos of its installation in our portfolio and marketing.

If a dealer set up or manages an organization's account, the dealer may be able to see and change that account, its users, and its content, and handles that information under its own privacy practices, not this policy.

Content can include personal information, such as people's names, photos, or stories. The organization that displays it is responsible for having permission to do so. If you want content about you changed or removed from a display, please contact the organization directly. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the organization and help it make the change.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that work for us. They include companies that host our website and DashboardCTRL, manage our contacts and send our emails, record and transcribe meetings, and provide analytics. Others prepare proposals and collect signatures, handle invoicing, accounting, and payments, store and back up data, provide artificial intelligence tools, or ship and install equipment. Our agreements with them limit how they use personal information. Some may also use it as their own terms allow, for example to secure and improve their services or to prevent fraud.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora, which collect information through cookies and pixels on our website, as described in section 5. These partners may also use that information under their own privacy policies, including to measure and personalize ads.
  • Dealers. We sell through independent dealers. When you ask about our Services, or when we think your organization could use them, we may send your name, work contact details, organization, and project details to a Flagship dealer so it can contact you. If your organization works with a dealer, we share account, order, and support details with it. Dealers are independent businesses and use this information under their own privacy policies, including to offer their own services. To opt out of dealer sharing, email info@flagshipcms.com.
  • Joint marketing. When we run an event, webinar, or campaign with a dealer or partner, we share sign-up and attendance details with them, and they use them under their own privacy policies.
  • Partners on your project, such as an installer or a company that referred you to us, when they need the information to work on your project.
  • The organization you work with. If you use DashboardCTRL through your organization's account, your organization's administrators, and any dealer that manages the account, may be able to see your account details and activity.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if we believe the law, a legal process, or a government request requires it, or if it is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flagship CMS, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If OmniAlly Digital Solutions, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or a similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent or at your direction, such as when you agree to be featured in a case study.

We do not sell personal information for money. Except for the dealer sharing described above, we do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing. Some US state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising." On our website, advertising cookies and pixels stay off until you accept them, as described in section 5.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels and similar technologies are small pieces of code that send information to us or our partners when a page loads or an email is opened. We and our partners use them to:

  • Run our website and DashboardCTRL, for example to keep you signed in and keep the Services secure.
  • Measure and improve our website, using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar. Hotjar records how visitors move through our pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements, as session replays and heatmaps.
  • Advertise, using Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, and HubSpot's advertising tools. These partners can recognize your browser or device over time and across different websites, and use that to show you our ads and measure whether they work.

This means third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.

Your cookie choices. Our website shows a cookie banner. In the United States, Canada, and most other countries, analytics cookies are on unless you decline them, while advertising cookies and pixels and Hotjar session recordings stay off until you click Accept or turn them on in Cookie Settings. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, all non-essential cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of our website may not work properly if you do. In addition, you can opt out of:

These opt-outs apply to the browser and device where you set them, so you may need to set them again if you clear your cookies or use a different browser.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our website treats it as a request to opt out: analytics and advertising cookies stay off, and advertising pixels stay off even if you click Accept. There is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, and our website does not respond to them.

6. Marketing emails and calls

We may send marketing emails to the work email addresses of people at companies and organizations, including people who have not contacted us before, where the law allows it. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email, replying to ask us to stop, or emailing info@flagshipcms.com, and we honor these requests promptly. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send you messages about your project, account, or orders. If we call you, you can ask us not to call again.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer. How long depends on the type of information and why we have it. For example:

  • We keep information about the dealers and organizations we work with, and the people we work with there, for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterward as needed for support, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
  • We keep information about people we have contacted for marketing until it is no longer useful or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we do not email you again.
  • If we do not approve a dealer application, we keep it only as long as needed to answer you and record our decision.
  • When a DashboardCTRL subscription ends, the organization, or the dealer that holds its subscription, can ask us to return or delete its content, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups are removed on our normal backup cycle.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, such as encrypting data sent to and from our website and DashboardCTRL, limiting access to the people who need it, and requiring sign-in for DashboardCTRL and Dealer Portal accounts. No website, system, or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security. Please keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
  • correct personal information that is wrong;
  • delete your personal information;
  • stop sending you marketing; and
  • withdraw any consent you gave us.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we do not contact you again. If we hold your information for an organization, as described in section 3, we will send your request to that organization.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you more rights, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising or of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will honor those rights where the law gives them to you. To opt out of advertising cookies, use the choices in section 5.

How to make a request. Email info@flagshipcms.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, call 971-303-9753, or write to us at the address in section 14. Tell us what you are asking for and how we can reach you. To protect your information, we will confirm your identity before we act, usually by matching details you give us with details we already have. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of your permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us.

We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how much longer we need. The law may limit some requests, for example when we must keep information for legal reasons or when a request would reveal personal information about someone else. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days.

We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

Nevada residents may send requests to opt out of the sale of covered information to info@flagshipcms.com. We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it.

10. Children

Our website and Services are made for companies, organizations, and the adults who work with them. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. An organization, such as a school, may choose to show a child's name or photo on its displays. That information comes from the organization, as described in section 3.

11. Visitors outside the United States

Flagship CMS is based in the United States. We store and process information in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. If you contact us or use our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Canada. If you are in Canada, you can ask us for access to, or correction of, your personal information, and you can ask our Privacy Officer how we handle it, including our use of service providers outside Canada. Information processed outside Canada may be available to the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of the countries where it is held. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Where the data protection laws of these places apply to our handling of your personal information, we rely on these legal bases: performing a contract with you or taking steps you ask for before a contract; our legitimate interests in running, marketing, and improving our business, when your rights do not override those interests; your consent, where we ask for it; and complying with legal obligations. You also have the right to object to our use of your information, to restrict it, and to receive it in a portable format, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Links to other websites

Our website links to websites and social media pages run by others. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will also give notice in another way, such as a notice on our website or an email.
